What we collect
When you submit a bulk enquiry form, we collect: your name, company, email, phone, GSTIN (optional), category of interest, and any message you send. We also log your IP address and browser information for anti-abuse purposes. We do not operate a checkout on this website and do not collect payment information.
How we use it
Solely to respond to your enquiry, fulfil orders you place, and follow up on quotes. We do not sell or rent your data. We do not use it for advertising outside of contacting you about your enquiry.
Marketplace orders
When you buy our products on Amazon or Flipkart, the marketplace handles your personal and payment data under its own privacy policy. We receive only the limited information required to dispatch your order (name, address, contact). We retain it as long as required under Indian tax and consumer protection law (typically eight years).

We use minimal first-party cookies for session state. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on this site.
