Most ACN products are purchased on Amazon.in or Flipkart. Your first stop for any return is the marketplace you bought from — their return window and process take precedence and are the fastest path to a resolution.
Marketplace returns
Open the order in the Amazon or Flipkart app and follow the “Return” flow. Pickup is arranged by the marketplace. Refund is processed once the item is received at the marketplace hub.
If the marketplace window has closed
Our in-warranty support still applies for manufacturing defects within one year from purchase. WhatsApp our support team at +91 99999 99999 with your order ID and a short video of the issue. If the unit is defective, we replace it; if we cannot replace, we refund to the original payment method via the marketplace.
What is not covered
Physical damage from drops or liquid, normal wear and tear, damage from unauthorised repairs, and loss or theft. We mention this plainly because we prefer honesty to fine print.
B2B orders
Defect liability for bulk orders is governed by the purchase order. Our standard terms offer a defect replacement allowance of 2% of units per shipment, claimable within 90 days of delivery.
