Retail orders ship through Amazon and Flipkart’s fulfilment networks. Delivery timelines, charges, and tracking are governed by the marketplace you ordered from and are visible at checkout.
Marketplace shipping
Most of our SKUs are Prime-eligible on Amazon and Assured on Flipkart in metro pincodes, with 1–3 day delivery. Tier-2 and tier-3 pincodes typically see 3–6 day delivery. Cash on delivery is available where the marketplace offers it.
B2B shipping
Bulk orders are dispatched via surface transport from our Delhi warehouse to anywhere in India. Dispatch within 3 business days of cleared payment. Delivery ranges from 3 to 10 days by location. We share a trackable consignment number by email on dispatch.
Delays
Monsoon, regional festivals, and unusual courier load can cause delays of 1–3 days. We notify you proactively if a dispatched order is running late.
International shipping
We do not ship outside India directly. Please contact us for export enquiries.
